OXIBES 0 Vol — 0% is a professional BES technical activator developed for pre-pigmentation, hydrating the hair and scalp, and regulating oxidising strength during colour services.
It can be mixed with other OXIBES developers to obtain the desired volume.
For example, mixing OXIBES 0 Vol with OXIBES 30 Vol in a 1:1 ratio produces a developer of approximately 15 Vol.
It can also be used to progressively reduce oxidising strength during a colour service.
For example, the roots can initially be treated with OXIBES 30 Vol, after which OXIBES 0 Vol can be added to the mixture to reduce the developer strength before continuing to tone the mid-lengths and ends.
For double bleaching processes, BES also recommends its use as a protective treatment: after the first bleaching stage, BES Color Lock Midopla can be mixed with OXIBES 0 Vol and applied to the hair before proceeding with the second bleaching stage.
