Universal, non-volatile white bleaching powder developed to deliver medium-to-high levels of lift with maximum safety. Its gradual, progressive action allows the lightening process to be controlled at every stage, without causing sensitivity to the hair or scalp.
ENRICHED FORMULA
The formula is enriched with a quaternised cationic collagen protein that provides balancing, moisturising, protective and supporting benefits. While the bleaching powder lifts the hair, the collagen helps care for the hair fibre, reducing porosity and leaving the hair softer and shinier.
MIXING RATIO
For optimum results, mix at a maximum ratio of 1:2 (1 part Decobes Universal White + 2 parts Oxibes Developer).
Choose the appropriate Oxibes strength according to the hair type and condition, as well as the desired level of lift:
Healthy or coarse hair → a higher-volume developer is recommended (20 or 30 vol.)
Fine or damaged hair → a lower-volume developer is recommended (10 or 20 vol.)
PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
This bleaching powder is ideal for safe full or partial lightening, as well as for lifting the natural base without compromising the condition of the hair.
BASE RECOMMENDATIONS
To achieve blonde or very light blonde shades, apply to natural bases at levels 4 to 5. For darker bases (levels 1 to 3), pre-lightening or repeating the process over several sessions is recommended.
LEVELS OF LIFT: 5
PROCESSING TIME: Maximum 60 minutes.
Do not exceed this time, as this may damage the hair fibre.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
Always carry out a sensitivity test 48 hours before application.
Do not apply to an irritated or damaged scalp.
Do not use on previously bleached hair with metallic tones or dark colourants without carrying out a preliminary test.
